DHL is our logistics partner and our delivery takes to 5 days.
We offer even exchanges for a new size or a new style on all full priced merchandise. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Av. Conquistadores 350, San Isidro, Lima 27, PE-LMA, Perú.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
